December, what, 14? That was December 14th, 1992. And I was driving down seven, nine five. I had just gotten off of six, nine, five that way. Went on to the 795 expressway and in a distance to the left, which I guess if you're traveling northwest, it could be the northwest sky. There was a red very, very tiny red dot. And it seemed to me going in circles counterclockwise. And I thought it was odd. And I thought maybe perhaps it was an airplane getting waiting for landing clearance at BWI. And have I got closer up towards the metro station? The object then turned from the small red dot to a larger shape with spotlights coming down from it. And I thought that it was a medevac. And I and I said to myself, Where is it going to land? It was so close to the Alexander building. There's the Alexander Alexander Complex there. And not even realizing that the mall was behind the buildings. I thought, where is that thing land? And as I had that thought, it kind of turned on an angle and dove like it was going to crash into the building, at which point this triangular object, like an arrowhead, came across the Alexander Building, covering a good portion of it. And I thought, God, what is that? That's incredible. And I thought I was thinking that from the right side there was this flashing light, which was very bright, flashing lights coming down into my windshield. I'm awake in the middle of this battle because this looks like it's going to crash and this will shoot in bright lights. And I thought, should I be whoever? And I thought, no, I better not pull over. And then I thought, should I go home? My children were home by themselves. You saw two objects. It appeared to me. Two objects. What amount of standing, though, does not mean that that is the case. What were they? What were they? I don't know. They were nowhere. And you're an intelligent young woman. What were they? I can't explain. When I saw. I have no idea what it was. All I know is something I never saw before. That the flashing coming from the right or the sky was so powerful that I began to examine my being. Who am I? What am I? How tiny I am? In this large universe. It was very powerful. You had a choice. After you saw this. You could have not said a word, anyone. But you chose. You're choosing to speak up. Why? I'm not even sure about that. You're using terms like sightings and and and it's just part of your vocabulary several months ago now. Now it's lingo that I was not familiar with, but found is really easy enough to pick up. Have you ever. Did you ever see a UFO before? I might have. I might have. I mean, you have. You have credentials. You're. You're a journalist, right? It's a matter of fact. You're an award winning journalist, correct? You work for who currently or as a journalist? The Baltimore Sun and the Baltimore Sun. I worked for them for almost four years, and I was with the Carroll County Times for a little over a year. You're a court commissioner? That's correct. For 18 months in Carroll County. You had responsibilities. Yes. Yes. I still have responsibilities as a legal assistant. And now you are working in a law office? Correct. So it's not like you're thinking that. No. Right. You're right. I've never. I consider myself a dingbat. And I won't use that, incidentally. I'm just trying. That's all right. Just trying to establish your spine. That's fine. And. Obviously you're putting yourself out on a limb to you, to use a term that Shirley MacLaine used to when she made public all her feelings about this. I mean, when I tell you that I felt that it was so powerful that I feel so tiny. I mean, I am just a speck. And I began to reevaluate my priorities. And people it appeared, it appeared that people were pulling over on the side of the road during the sighting or this experience that I had. However, when the state police are contacted, they say there was no trooper on the road at that time. Maybe he was off duty. I don't know. They have no record of a car in the guardrail. You're sure you are not hallucinating? Yes. You were conscious and you didn't fall asleep for a moment. No. No, I don't think I was hallucinating or fell asleep for a moment. I'm certain that something was there. Something flashed down on me. You have a family of two daughters, Nicole and Kara. And your husband's name? Jerry. Pretty straightforward family, and it's pretty straightforward. We know we're pretty conservative. I usually go home for Spring Valley, Worthington Valley and in London. That's a lonely road also. Are you frightened when you go home now? No. And? And I'm not frightened when I drive. Seven, nine, five, I have driven 795. The week after the experience, I continued on 795 to see if there was something possibly there that I could have been. And there is nothing. There is no way that it could have been anything. This is the appointment for her commission as court clerk of the court, District Court commissioner, District Court Commissioner for Carroll County. For Carroll County. And that worked out pretty well. And then. And then I found, like snippets of that kind of stuff. Used to be candy corn. Yeah. I used to love to watch. This is. This is your first Holy Communion. My first Holy Communion made at St Mary's and St Mary's and opens. And you were about, what, kind of like 8 or 9, eight, eight years old? Okay. I'm sorry. Go ahead. So, St Mary's kindergarten.
