And you know what they're finding? They're finding that their employees who could not read, nor could they write, can learn to do so quickly. So I think if you have teachers, another subject matter, what do you have 30 kids or you have 15 and they make the course interesting. Those kids are going to be in school boys. They're going to be attending classes and they're going to catch fire. I don't I don't deny that one bit. But merely by paying teachers more money is not going to do that. So I think if you have teachers, another subject matter, what do you have 30 kids or you have 15 and they make the course interesting. Those kids are going to be in school boys. They're going to be attending classes and they're going to catch fire. I don't I don't deny that one bit. But merely by paying teachers more money is not going to do that. And I had promised to appear at 11 Dail candidates forum and I couldn't cancel that engagement. Over 100 senior citizens were there. But I'm glad to be here today and I'd like to answer the question that was directed to me at the very end, which was Mary Pat. Why didn't you vote for Harbor Place? Well, you're right. I do like Harbor Place, but I did have some questions at the time of that vote in the city council. Mainly, I was concerned, Richard, because I thought that we had better negotiate a better deal for the city than we had. And as it turned out, right now we receive rent, but we've never received a share of the gross proceeds. So that perhaps that was right. Meanwhile, we're paying one and a half million dollars a year for the maintenance city maintenance of the Harbor place in Charles Center areas. Secondly, I was concerned about minority participation and the ability of of minority businesses to really dig in and be retailers there at Harbor Place. I was concerned that we had better try to get a better deal there. And finally, the greenspace issue, the issue of trading off the harbor place for some green space so that the citizens could still enjoy the green grass and the water the way we had for so long. And I was concerned that perhaps we hadn't negotiated clearly enough to make that happen so that, yes, I voted against it at the time, although I'm very pleased with it now.
