These are the kinds of people that cannot be rehabilitated. We should have public executions or put them on primetime television so that we can get rid of some of these sleaze balls and not be burdened with the people who decide that the best way to settle a dispute is to shoot somebody with a shotgun. Yeah, we have to have the death penalty. We have to have the death penalty. We have to use it not just to have it on the books. And if they have to keep the gas chamber going 24 hours a day to get rid of these gutter snipes, and to put that, we have to build more prisons and keep those people who cannot be rehabilitated away and not let lawyers get them out of jail and politicians keep them in jail. And we have to start with an entirely new program of education.
