Here in Baltimore County, the counting is going much quicker today than it did just yesterday. The administrator, Dora Suter, explains why it's it's much bigger today and this is due in part to all the challenges have calmed them. They're keeping their voices low and they made an agreement. And some showers down in Florida, but nothing, as I said, really threatening us. Satellite view shows some high clouds that came by from time to time today. Occasionally the sunshine was filtered and occasionally when the sun was obscured, you could really feel those 50 degree temperatures. By the way, our high today was 56 at the airport and 57 downtown. But what we have here is a big high pressure system. Not strong enough to keep the clouds away, but certainly strong enough to keep the clouds thin and keep us in. What's going to end up being a pretty nice rest of the weekend? This frontal system coming in our direction should get here long about Tuesday, giving us the prospect of a shower then. But until that happens, with the high moving off, a ridge of high pressure will dominate this area. And as the high slips offshore before the front comes, some milder air filtering in will give us mid 60s tomorrow for the close of the weekend and even warmer seven degree temperatures on Monday. Then the clouds in the front arrive Tuesday and then we revert back to more seasonal temperatures afterwards. So really pretty simple forecast and one that has a lot of good weather in it. It's hard to pick sometimes. Take health care. Some plans are just too expensive. Some have limited locations, while others tell you which doctors you can see. Then there's Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland's Blue Plus. The convenience and value of the Free State Health plan, plus the option to choose any doctor in the Blue Cross Blue Shield network, which just proves you can have your cake and eat it, too. Definitely not a bad opening season for the CFL. Not at all. My question is how right they won tonight. First game of the playoffs. Now what do we do? We wait until tomorrow's other Eastern Division final. And then that and that determines whether Baltimore will be able to play at home. If Winnipeg loses tomorrow and Baltimore plays at home. If Winnipeg wins, Baltimore advances on to play Winnipeg at Winnipeg, which I understand is a refrigerator this time of year.
