Absolutely, positively. You know, I got to say, some folks got some great new start this week off. Yeah, that is. First off, your Orioles really rocked hard last night. Big time. Big time. And the last obstacle to Middle East peace, the last obstacle was overcome. Within the past hour, both sides, the Israelis and the Palestinians, both backed off on their demands for back seats at Oriole Park in Camden Yards for the last series of the year against Toronto. So it looks like we will have a signing ceremony at the White House this morning. I got to tell you something, as some of the stickiest negotiations going during the overnight, they actually had to bring back Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger just to get this thing ironed out. It was way over the head of Warren Christopher, but all three men managed to pull it off. It's going to be a glorious Monday. That would be the toughest part of it to work out. It certainly was. Hi, How are you? I'm fine. I'm fine. How was weekend? It was good. Yeah, Like, say hi to all the people I saw at the Reisterstown Festival. I almost introduced John Sebastian on Saturday night. And since it was almost. I came back and did the Guess who last night. Okay, I'll tell you quick story. Sure. Please. Some of those. Some of those pop stores back there when we were listening to him as teenagers were only a year or two older than us, apparently. Well, you're in many cases, you're right. Now that I think about how they get who they were. Great. Burton Cummings, that crowd. Yeah, very good. They all talk with Canadian accents until they go on stage. And then they. Well, it's like they sing. Yeah, Those, like, British guys all talk with British accents until they sing. What if they go by Burton Cummings? Who? Yeah, the guy. Yes. Yes. And the. Good morning, everyone. If you exercise and get muscle cramps, something may be wrong. Muscles cramp for several reasons. The most common reason is overuse by people not in physical training. They usually occur in summer heat or night games in cold weather. Other reasons may be clogged arteries, diabetes, pregnancy or dehydration. Therefore, if cramping happens often see your doctor to prevent muscle cramps, stretch and exercise gently to warm up before a strenuous exercise. Cover your arms and legs and keep them warm. Drink enough fluids to avoid dehydration about every 15 minutes or so. And eat foods high in potassium like bananas and oranges and drink a lot of milk. Calcium and potassium helps prevent cramps. And to treat a muscle cramps stretch your affected muscle first, massage it and if necessary, apply ice or heat, whichever feels best. If you have a health related question, write to me in Care of Doctor's house, call WG, TV. TV Hill. Baltimore. Two, one, two, one, one.
