Not as much as what you want. Many gasses and vapors in addition to ether have been found capable of producing this anesthetic sleep when they are breathed in adequate concentration. Chloroform. a lot more of them now. for them now. ethylene, cyclopropane, ethochloride, venethene, trichlorethylene, and the element xenon are some of them. All of these anesthetics gain access to the body through the lungs. They are mixed with the air the patient breathes, and by the patient's own leaves the tissue, passes out through the lungs, is blown off, and the patient awakens. The remarkable facts about these events are, first, the known inhalational anesthetics, those we breathe, have widely differing chemical structures, ranging from the simple element xenon through nitrous oxide to cyclopropane. Second, these drugs enter the body, produce their effect, and are blown off without undergoing any chemical change. They are temporary visitors to the body. and no one knows in exactly what manner they produce their blessed effect. And third, the changes they produce in the body are only transient. When the anesthetic has been completely eliminated from the body, a matter of minutes and many... How do you look? Consciousness returns as completely normal... Well, you know, makes me wish I were a little younger again. You know makes me wish I were a little younger There are two other principal groups of anesthetic drugs for vitreous and no glycemic. But, uh... close hair cut is not anymore. The barbiturates can be introduced directly into the blood instead of passing through the lungs, thus producing their effect with great rapidity.
