Gin and tonics has about 191 calories, where a milkshake has 315. Which has most calories? Camembert cheese, cheesecake, cheddar cheese. Or vanilla ice cream. Cheddar cheese is 32% fat, so ounce per ounce, the calories are more. Now which has most calories per ounce? Maple syrup, safflower oil, or sirloin steak? The answer is saffflower oil. Now if you know the 4-4-9 rule, it's easy to figure it out, since maple syrup is mostly carbohydrates and water, while sirloins steak is mostly protein and water where the oil is 100% fat.
