No reports of any serious injuries from the storm. Virginia says some 31,000 customers were without power, the height of that storm. Right now, the figure is down to 1600. And all of those should be back on by noon today. A Columbia family could learn if a body found yesterday is that of their missing daughter. The body was found in a storm drain under the Little Patuxent Parkway at Vantage Point Road. Police notified the family of 15 year old Tara Gladden, who has been missing since last month. An autopsy is being performed to identify the body and to determine the cause of death. Closing arguments are scheduled for this morning in the sentencing phase of the Rodney Solomon trial. A jury found Solomon guilty of first degree murder in the carjacking death of Pam Basu, and now he could get the death penalty. Yesterday, Solomon pleaded for his life, telling jurors the Howard County mother's death was an accident and that he was truly sorry for what he had done. A letter from Pam. Basu's husband, Steve, was read in court. He told the court every time he rides down the road, he sees his wife's broken limbs, her bloodstained clothes and hears the thud as her head slams against the pavement. A four year old girl is hospitalized this morning after falling out of a window. In the news this morning, a family is waiting for the autopsy results on a body found in Columbia. Police notified the family of 15 year old Tara Gladney yesterday after finding the body in a storm drain under a little Patuxent Parkway at Vantage Point Road. Tara has been missing from the area since last month. Police ordered the autopsy to determine the identity and the cause of death. Baltimore City and county police are investigating homicides from overnight. There were two murders in the city. The first happened at 1130 last night in the 1000 block of West Saratoga. Police say the victim was shot to death. Then at 1230 this morning, a man was found in the 700 block, Patterson Park Avenue. He was also shot to death. No suspects or motive in either murder. He's pleaded insanity to two counts and innocent to the third. Earlier reports said a state doctor had diagnosed Price as having a personality disorder characterized by sexual deviance.
